Great place as usual but...
✓ Location and availability. My go-to hotel when visiting family in Łódź. Plenty of parking space, spacious and tall rooms.
✗ My first stay with a dog, while it is pet friendly the fee was 60PLN for each day, gets quite pricey when parking fee and breakfast is added, compared to other options when you stay over for a couple of nights. Even when daily room service isn't needed.

It was as I expected; pretty good but not excellent, I was surprised there was no elevator...
✓ Clean and friendly, contemporary décor, and some chairs scattered about to relax in, light and airy restaurant, rooms were a good size and nicely furnished, bed was comfortable, good hanging space for clothes.
✗ I had a leak in my shower which flooded the bathroom, it took two attempts to repair, which was disappointing, view from room wasn't great, the electronic lock to my door was faulty so had to carry a key with me. No Elevator?

✗ Restaurant staff should speak any international language (english, russian). For that reason, we had our dinner food messed up. Also were we ignored by waiter. Unpleasant.

✗ the airconditioning was not working and no alternative was offered. refrigerator was also not working. parking costs money (40zl) unlike earlier when it was free always. and the room pricing has gone up steep.

Great location, excellent breakfast, hotel has restaurant.
✓ Excellent breakfast, upon additional request can prepare a dish which was not included in the breakfast menu. Location was convenient since hotel is situated next to the main road.
