Good apart from the check out

✗ I when my friend paid the bill the owner said it did not gonthrough . It did but he was rather aggressive towards her as she knew it had gone through and he did not believe her .he asked me to pay her bill for her as she would not . I said no Not good from a man who is usually friendly having been there three years in a row.

Excellent value for money in friendly and comfortable 3* hotel

✓ Cresta Hotel is a very nice, family-run hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me as well as my dog. Personal touch from check-in to check-out. The room was a good size and comfortable, good beds, modern bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is basic. but good quality. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the skilift, and in the centre of the town. Some free parking for hotel guests available, alternatively parking lot available for 10 CHF a day next to the hotel.

Superbe

✓ Simple but everything you need. This is without comparison the friendliest hotel staff I have come across. We arrived late and the still organized dinner for us, helped us with parking etc. and always with a smile

Very nice place, intimate, good location. I'll probably be back.

✓ It's a very nice hotel, intimate, good breakfast, tasty restaurant (I ate once a la carte), very close to the train station (walking distance). I was in a spacious and refurbished room and bathroom, with balcony, facing a park, comfortable bed and good shower (strong jet and warm water).

✗ Wifi is sometimes weak or inconsistent.
