ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

My stay was great, I'd still come back to ITC Kohenur though their prices are just too exorbitant.

✓ The concierge staff super exceeds the expectation, they are there instantly, ready and willing to assist. I was there for about 26 nights. Even on my last night 2 gentlemen after their knock off time came to assist with closing & weighing my luggage which is way out of their job description, I just can't recall their names! I think Ashok was the one gentleman...please get their names for me. I give them 11/10 rating. Jaffar our driver...what an exceptional service, always ready to take us through a tour of Hyderabad, helpful, informative, what a Gem! The guys that cleaned my room Akib, Manohar, Subhasith, thank you for an ever clean room and a pretty personalised gift, you guys were awesome. Laundry was also ready on time.

✗ I've stayed at ITC Kohenur over 5 times since 2018, I have noted a decline in service from the reception staff. They used to be your one-stop for all your needs, ready to help, no waiting...I wasn't happy with their service, there was absolutely no extra mile by them

Eco consious immaculate hotel in a good central location

✓ The location is perfect and the rooms and all areas are immaculate. Staff are friendly and there is a real buzz of an international hotel

✗ The pool wasn't available on my last visit and it would be nice to have seating round the pool rather than on another level

✓ Comfortable room and bed. Wide variety of local cousine in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner as well). Nice swimming pool.

✗ As usual during the check-in reservation is made on the credit card. That's OK. But to prolong the reservation for 1 month after the payment is completed at the check-out??? That's completely unacceptable.

The service of the room service crew was simply superb!

✓ Breakfast was good, and the crew obliged to accommodate all requests.

✗ Requested a room with a view. However, assigned a room with a view of full pledged active construction site with full blown blast and loud noises starting at early morning and all day long!! The receptionist fail to mention or state that there was an active construction site next to the room assigned to me.
