✓ Great location, comfortable room with everything you need for a few days

✗ Entrance is a little hard to spot, there were a group of men drinking and smoking on the doorstep when we arrived at night time as it is right next to a restaurant. It could do with a sign or something.

✓ Great locations, 3 minutes walk from the Versailles. A lot of restaurants around. Very quite apartament even if on the very popular street. Super responsie and supporting staff.

✗ Internet was not available during the whole stay - technical issues. Some minor issues (resolved in 15 minutes after registering them).

Fantastic stay in Versailles !!

✗ I liked everything! The location is a pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants. I love street life so suited me perfectly but if you prefer quiet evenings it may not be for you.

overall is great, staffs are very helpful!

✓ nice environment but very narrow stairs and inconvenient to lift suitcase. no lift

✗ inadequate staff! without understanding the situation, they put me out on the street taking the money for the day ... it was morning .... insulted and left a bad review ... this can happen to anyone

Rude manager and no heat or wifi did not make up for great location.

✓ Location is great. On a street with tons of restaurants and a 5-minute walk to Versailles Palace. But room is up so many narrow steps and had no view (inner courtyard and the windows of other rooms).

✗ Very disappointed...this "studio apartment" was the size of a small, regular hotel room. First night could not figure out how heats works and did not have wifi because front desk (2 blocks away) gave me the wrong sign on info. A front desk person came by in the morning and he couldn't figure out the heat (had to call someone). He was able to give me the correct sign on info. I spoke with a manager and asked for a discount due to the fact I did not have heat/wifi my first night. He said, "Your credit card is closed. I can't open it." What?? Obviously he was just refusing. I called him out and said,"Ok you can give me a cash discount." He pulled the old, "Next time you return I'll give you a discount." I would not stay here again. Also the first night I couldn't find the hair dryer (in a knob-less drawer under the sink) so this manager actually blamed that for me not having heat and wifi. He implied that since I couldn't even find a hidden door it was my own fault for not being able to figure out the heat and wifi. Again, the heat his own employee could not figure out and the wifi with a wrong code supplied by his employee!!!! Very rude...Place is too expensive for what you get.
