Very good

✓ Easy access by train from Frankfurt Airport. I stayed in a shared room with six beds. Excellent value for money and attentive staff

I would stay here again.

✓ It was clean and close to the airport which was great for an early morning flight.

✗ The airport coach going to the hotel was a little confusing. There were three buses but no one knew which one to go on. One of the drivers kept yelling at all the people like a crazy man. Thank goodness I had someone that I was traveling with. They were another set of eyes looking out for where we were supposed to go. Additionally, the surrounding area was under construction so not many options for snacks or beverages. (The hotel had those things but not what we preferred.)

Would recommend this hostel to anyone needed to stay close to the airport

✓ The location close to the airport and to the S train was great! The rooms were extremely clean.

✗ Two suggested improvements: Access to a communal kitchen; front desk staff could ask clients if they need more assistance getting around if they are arriving in Frankfurt/Germany for the first time.

Tiny room, fine for one night

✓ 10-15 minutes walk to Terminal 2; no shuttle to this terminal though (just terminal 1)

✗ Tiny room, tiny bathroom, adequate for a one-night stopover without costing too much

✓ Five minutes drive from the airport and 150 meters from the train station to the city center. They also have a shuttle service to the airport. They have a reasonable breakfast.

✗ The room was small, and the bed was okay, not more than that. For some reason, my room was not cleaned.

✓ All was Good or perfect except faucet in the shower room.

✗ The water in the faucet, the flow was so slow.. Only that so far, the rest all Good.

✓ the room was very neat and clean - the breakfast was wonderful - the counter staff were very helpful and friendly.

✗ Extra pillows and towels would be helpful. and better access instructions in and out of the underground garage would have been helpful. we had trouble finding the small access pole for entry to the garage and pulling a rope in the underground garage to open the garage door was a little odd!!
