Great location and delicious Steak House next door, decent rooms but nice pool. Overall recommended!
✓ Breakfast was quite nice but imho not extraordinary like other visitors stated according to the Booking.com reviews. Location was great, just 5 minutes away from lake Garda but far enough to get to a quiet place. Rooms were quite okay, Italian standard. Unfortunately we had the only room (no. 1) with no balcony although it was stated in the description that all rooms should have one. Pool was nice, big enough to swim a few rounds. Best part was the Steak House next door that seems to be part of the accommodation but also open for the public. Staff was VERY friendly and skilled, food (incl. Pizza) very delicious!
✗ Rooms were quite okay, Italian standard. Unfortunately we had the only room (no. 1) with no balcony although it was stated in the description that all rooms should have one. So if you want to have a small balcony or outside area make sure to ask the hotel staff before you make a booking.

✗ In our first Apartment wasn't enough places for sleeping. Air-conditioning didn't work properly. Small fridge. After two days, we got another apartment and everything was great again. Just they promised that we get money for the mistake..but they never sensed.

✗ When i checked in they just forgot about me! The air conditioning in the room did not work, there was no remote control

✓ Clean and well kept. Very kind, helpful and friendly staff. Great aperitif. Nice and smooth check in and check out. Beautiful pool and breakfast area.
✗ Breakfast could improve: more choices of eggs,milk and ham. Bunk bed is a bit bulky and a bit too noisy. But overall, nothing major to change.
