✓ Lovely pool, good number of sunbeds and lots of space, so it was possible to sunbathe early morning through to late evening. Reasonable food although in my opinion Lopesan Altantico was better quality and, fresher. Great shuttle to the beach

✗ Discrepancy between Booking.com price/ all inclusive offer and hotel policy. If you pay for all inclusive, you don't necessarily get what you pay for as hotel policy is to restrict food/ drinks from midday.

Ideal hotel in a not so ideal location.

✓ Hotel looks fantastic, pool area is fabulous and food is very tasty. Everything looks just like in the pictures. Reception staff is very friendly. Girl with short hair in the restaurant- absolutely brilliant. Very effective and polite cleaning crew- all is super clean.

✗ Location! Unless you are planning to stay strictly in the hotel (it is so pretty, you might not want to leave!), you will need a cab for every journey or good legs… Nearest bus stop is 15 min walk. Area is not ideal. Considering the location, the entertainment was insufficient- only couple of hours of live music after the dinner. Little info regarding facilities on arrival- I was referred to the website and then had to look for the restaurant and ask where is the gym, as it is hidden behind the apartments.

✓ The hotel had a lot of amenities, the staff was really nice and helpful, the room was very spacious. There was breakfast included with a large variety of food, coffee and coffee machine in the room :) They have also the possibility of late checkout which, 4 me, was great.

✗ The connection with the nearby beaches is a little out of hand but the bus station is in a walking distance, and the upside is the fact that u can enjoy a quiet place:)

I loved it, received an up grade, brilliant.

✓ The rooms were large and clean. Access to the room was through the balcony which was easy. The meals were above average. Excellent selection.
