No kitchen utensils!
✓ Modern, clean, great bathroom.
✗ No kitchen utensils! Had to use cutlery to remove cooked food from saucepan. No oven glove to remove hot plates from microwave.Only one of the two frying pans was suitable for the hot plates (the second pan was not the type for induction hob to work). No toast machine. As I like to cook in the apartments I stay in, I will not stay in this apartment again.

✓ Nice, modern apartament in a secure building, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay, very close to Stary Rynek.

Exept for the above , we had a great stay. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Real assets.

✗ You really let yourself down with allowing my friends to check in into the flat with a cracked toilet seat, which we had to stick it with a plaster. ☹️ Quality apartments with poor maintenance management.

✗ We had booked 3 rooms for 7 people for 2 nights. In the room for 3 people the sofa bed had a broken slat, which obliged us to book another room in another establishment (110€!!!) We agreed to keep one night and wanted to cancel the second, the establishment refused us the possibility to do so. A pitiful commercial gesture of 70 pnl was granted to us. Booking.com has no insurance in this situation! Their answer is to deal with what you are given! ... it's sick!
