✗ I prepaid for breakfast for two days. The first day I've had to pay 10 € for breakfast, the second day it was prepaid. Either the staff or I understood anything. Bad

✗ The electronic system for checking in on-site is poorly explained and often does not work smoothly. People are often trying to get in and failing to do so because the system is confusing, explained poorly, and sometimes malfunctions.

✗ Staff were unhelpful and gave false information about booking and payment. Room smelt terrible.

✓ Very clean, well organized, great central location on the Zob, yet quiet.

✗ There was no chair, just a stool with no back support.

✗ Call me stupid, but I couldn’t find reception, and had to call booking.com from my room. Most disappointed at the lack of directions for parking. Unless you come by bus/train, you’re going to need it!
