✓ the staff was amazing. the rooms were suites and so lovely looking out over river. we slept in the amazing beds with windows open. so nice!!!! they recommended and book us a restaurant for 12 one night that was the best sushi I have ever had!

✓ The staff were exceptional and we greatly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a good option for travellers who want to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan room with western hotel service. Excellent views of the river and mountains. We also enjoyed all the Japanese breakfast options, delicious.
