Fabulous
✓ Location was great. Very close to the metro, train station and restaurants.

Good value, clean, tidy
✓ They were helpful with directions, offered use of umbrellas, brought towels and pillows when requested. Rooms were always made up before we returned for the night
✗ The AC is very limited, esp in the lobby area. There were only 2 washers/dryers for the entire hotel. This seems very limited because there were so many rooms. The rooms could have had more hooks for hanging items, drawers for your clothes, more space between the beds and the walls. Disappointed that breakfast and lunch did not offer discount to residents of the hotel. Also no dinner service.

✓ close to any transportation mode, bus stop in front of the hotel, MTR station just 1-2 mins walk. the room comes with bath tub was something beyond the expectation as i tried to look for photos of their bathroom but hardly found one.
✗ only 2 elevators to the hotel.
