✓ Suite was super clean & very big. Reception was super friendly and brought beer at 11 to the room - perfect!

Fabulous

✓ Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No problem taking my bike to the room with me. An excellent breakfast

✗ I would have preferred a door to keep water in the shower instead of the very expensive looking multi outlet shower system 8

Overall, hotel was good.

✓ Breakfast was good - Elena, in dining room, was so helpful, always cheerful and willing to fulfil any guests requests. She is an asset to the Company. One of the bedroom staff was very nice also, but i don’t know her name.

✗ There was a lot of wall space either side of tv, in bedroom. As there were only 2 hangers per person in wardrobe, it would be a good idea to put a set of hooks either side of tv. Room size was ‘compact’.

Strange place, won't be going back.

✓ Nice little balcony in the room, it does go out onto a very busy and noisy street, but nice balcony.

✗ Breakfast is "included" but really its only a partial breakfast. Eggs are extra, orange juice is extra, etc. Only the basics are available, and when they are finished there seems to be no rush to re-fill them. There was a smoke detector installed right above the bed and flashed a bright light every few seconds, the strobe effect is not ideal for trying to fall asleep. Lastly, our plans changed due to circumstances beyond our control, and we needed to be flexible and check out two days early. Unfortunately the hotel management was not willing to also be flexible, and insisted on charging us for the full stay. I do understand that "rules are rules", but this lack of flexibility results in me mentioning this here as a caution for future travelers.

✓ Nice location, good facility, nice customer support, large rooms. Breakfast ok.

✗ Entry ticket for SPA at 50€ is a complete rip-off and also the fact that in their Booking page they advertise free entry for the steam bath. This is very bad because I had chosen the hotel only for the SPA. Misleading advertising.

Awesome value for your money

✓ Great hotel in a central area and close to the train station. The room was really clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was satisfying. Would come back any time :)

Hotel UP was not a wellness and SPA

✓ Good and comfortable!

✗ Staff cannot even say a word in English. Troubles for them in making invoice the latest day. Every day I pass through, they start saying some different sums to pay for my stay even though I did book through the booking.com, but in the end did pay as in booking made here. Wellnes and sta is only a name, if you want to use facilities, they do cost 29.00 euro for one hour of pool use.
