Disappointing
✗ I booked the accommodation on the day of my stay, it was available but actually occupied, so I had to look for another accommodation. Since it was not possible to cancel, I canceled it at the request of the accommodation, but not through the system, but through the message. The money was partially returned to me, but booking kept the commission :-( I'm sorry about this and I'll be careful in the future :-(
