Centrally located within the ancient city walls of Xi'an and Bell Tower shopping area, the luxurious Hilton Xian offers an indoor pool and 3 dining options.

✓ Room service, location.
✓ i was lucky to get an upgrade. the room was very well equipped, spacious and had a luxurious touch. there were some ancient looking furnitures and nice pictures on the wall. seems like the hotel hosts foreign diplomats and ministers from time to time (according to its tv-channel).
✗ there was a slight cigarette smell on the toilet (although it was a non-smoking room). this seems to be an issue in china quite often. some people obviously just don't care much about it.
✓ Staff Cleanness
✗ Nothing
✓ Location
✗ The staff doesn't know English well, not enough for basic communication even reception personal.
✗ No one speaks english and we checked out a day before the due date and they didn't inform us so we wasted time and money to go to another hotel, the breakfast was only Chinese not international
✓ The staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out and everything in between. They assisted me in setting up my rewards card to have a discounted breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and had a good mix of Western and Eastern foods. Concierge assisted me in booking a private car and tour guide for the Terra Cotta Warriors. Upon arriving from a day out the concierge offered me a water before heading up to my room. Pool facilities were nice and it was very close the East Gate of the City wall. There is a large street market down the road from the hotel as well. It is easy for cars to enter for pick up and drop off. All staff were on point and very helpful. Room service was efficient and delicious with a mix of food options. Although desserts were missing from the menu. Breakfast could also be ordered in advance the night before for room delivery and the food portions were very large. I had a king room and it was very spacious and the soaking tub was nice. Housekeeping changed the towels daily and replenished hygiene items as needed. As of the writing of this post you will need to show your local health code each time you enter the lobby.
✗ During my stay the hot tub was not working, and it appeared that the pool was also used by the community for lessons making it difficult to swim during the hour I went.
