Mattress that harms the back

✗ The mattress harms the column. I thought I would relax, know differents beaches,, enjoy the summer, but what I had was pain, pain and pain. It seemed to be a good place to enjoy the summer, but because they want to save money not burying a new mattress they destroyed my vacation, my trip and my back. Of course they knew the mattress wasn't good, but they think it's kot worth to buy a new one. Everything seemed to be ok when a booked, but I couldn't imagine the mattress woukd be s problem. If it's their way of thinking a won't go anymore to Greece

✓ Perfect location, good communication. Not the comfiest room, but we stayed two nights and it was enough.

✗ Small room, bathroom door can't be closed. It's generally really clean (cleaning lady comes every day), but it needs renovation, everything is quite old. It could be better eqipped.

Overoll I loved my stay despite of some flaws in the room.For the price you pay it is exellent place

✓ The location is perfect, Just 2 steps away from the beach, 10 minutes away from the old town and 15min from the bus station. Very friendly and helpfull staff will make you feel cared for. They will help you with everything you need and you can also book some excurtions if you choose not to drive yourself. I think you can rent a car as well, but I didn't. Clean towels every day. The price is very good, affordable for regular people.

✗ The room was very small and a bit "tired" with a few broken things ( e.g. toilet seat lid, handle of the balcony door). But after I told about it everything was fixed the same day. There is no table in the room (only on the balcony). It was a bit cold in the room (I travelled in April) and AC didn't work on heat (cold did't try). AC seems very old. The bed is located just behind the door leading to the stairs and you can hear very loud if there are other people walking by. In the shower water goes all around the floor because the darain made incorrect way.

I’ll be back for sure, the location of the Katerina Rooms was amazing, I really enjoyed!

✓ close to the beach (and city centre) lovely and helpful staff set of teas and a kettle in the room

✗ the balcony and lack of windows (made the room look a bit claustrophobic)

Hi - would it be possible for me to get from the airport to the property late on a Friday night (My flight gets in after 22:00)?

Good evening. From airport you can take a taxi with cost of 30 € or the local bus to center of Chania at 22:45 or 00:00 with cost 2.30€. From terminal bus station our Rooms are about 1.2 klm (15 minutes walk) or you can take a taxu with cost of 5€.
