✓ Great value for money. Perfect location above hills, great view and quiet area

✗ Bathroom molds . Clean everywhere else except in bathroom

Highly recommend SunSet Suits for a family of 4.

✓ Excellent welcome from the friendly staff at the reception office. The property has excellent views of Son Bou and the sea beyond - sunsets were amazing. Perfect for 4 people. The apartment was very confortable (beds excellent), and the welcome pack was a bonus. The pool and general pool area was very clean and welcomed after a day sightseeing. The aircon (proper air con not just warm air being recirculated like some of the hotels nearby!) was essential given the 30+ degree temperatures. 10 - 15 minute walk and you are on the beach or the local supermarkets and other amenities in the area. I would recommend car hire to get you to the other fantastic resorts in Menorca - the local buses were always packed.

✗ I have nothing negative to say about the apartment or its location. Son Bou though has been hit by rocketing prices both the supermarkets and eating out is very expensive. Take a trip to Mahon and stock up at the Lidl or Aldi for the week. The prices at Menorca airport are eyewatering!

I loved Menorca, and was so glad we stayed here, not very built up.

✓ Clean and modern apartment. The view from the property is amazing. Its a small complex and very quiet, clean. Its up hill so not for folks that are not in their fittest health unless they have a car. Son Bou is quiet but the most amazing beach and great base to tour from. We hired a car but also got taxis to other restaurants and nights out in Mahon.

✗ It sleeps 4 adults but with only 1 bathroom I feel that would be a push. The sitting room is perfect but would be very tight for 4-we were 3. Bring your own hairdryer as the hairdryer is one of those wall mounted and means you have to to go into the bathroom to use (v warm) and keep your hand permanently on the switch. Would have benefited from leaving more cleaning products to use and a mirror in the spare room. Would be good to have a hook to hang your towels in the bathroom. But this is nit picking really. Very comfortable place with amazing views and good location. Would be great if they had an arrangement with a taxi company. To call a cab on the local app we often ended up paying €9/10 in some cases more then the meter. The admin for the app is €5 and its a glorified reservations platform rather than anything like Free Now/Uber. The company never answer the phone. So its the app or taxi rank in the town.

✓ Cosy and family friendly property. The pool was great, good location and great view.

✗ Air conditioning was very weak. Having the towels changed once a week didn’t benefit us. The shower was leaking and we had to use some of the towels to block the water going into the front room. The ceiling was mouldy because of the broken a/c.

✓ fantastic pool, most of the time we had it to ourselves. The apartment was really well equipped and so comfortable.

✗ it’s in a fab location and you can walk to everything but be warned it is on a very steep hill and probably not suitable for someone with mobility issues
