Convenient place to stay.

✓ Breakfast offerings were quite good, especially the coffee. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. This hotel is very convenient to restaurants, gas stations, stores and Colonial Williamsburg.

✗ Once I was in the room and unpacking I noticed some troubling areas. The wall in the bedroom (by the bathroom) had a large hole punched in it. The shower wall (with the shower head and faucet) had a huge crack in it. The vent in the ceiling of the bathroom had either dirt or mold on it. Also, the rug and the window curtains were not in very good shape either.

✗ Tub did not have a pop up so I could not take a bath just a shower

✓ The full breakfast was decent. The location was good. The beds were comfortable

✗ The hotel could have been a little cleaner for example the bathroom areas. Being that it is a pet friendly hotel, there were urine stains on the carpet. The clean towels had hair on them. I didn't like that ice vending only worked on one floor out of 5. I didn't like that you had to request house Cleaning to clean your room before 8am. That should have been automatic. The blankets had stains on them not sure if they have been cleaned.

✗ Pool looked very dirty, also my credit card number was stolen and the only place I used it all trip was to pay for the hotel room. So there is that

✗ WiFi was slow, could not get ESPN clearly, toilet was in the middle of a small bathroom (odd and cramped), carpet was coming up on edge

A hotel that offers fantastic coffee, a professional staff and a very convenient location.

✓ The coffee is excellent, freshly made. The staff is professional, the room is a good size, the location is quite handy and the beds are comfortable.

✗ The floors in the entry way and the bathrooms are so slippery that it would be easy for a child or an adult to fall. In general, if the money was available, things could use an update. These would include new carpets in the hallways and the rooms, the curtains that are torn, some ceilings need repairs, etc. Also, three times I had to go back down to the front desk to get my room key valid again. This should not happen!

I enjoyed my spacious room but admit the stay was pricey...

✓ Breakfast was available each day...hit coffee and pastry..and eggs and bacon or eggs and sausage...yogurt ..cereal..waffles...milk ...toast ..orange juice or apple juice etc ..

✗ Some guests were rude and the housekeeper was a little rude...
