✓ Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Good Car Parking facilities. Room was a good size and fairly new hotel

✗ Lack of planning behind the room, many things that didnt work or werent present: 1) The Junior Suite is not a connecting-room - its a bedroom with attached lounge that has a Sofa-Bed which is uncomfortable. 2) Rooms didnt see ready as new hotel. for e.g. A) Shower Gel and Shampoo were in a container to be hanged - but just left on the side or the floor. B) No Hooks in bathroom C) only 1 bin between Bathroom, Lounge and Bedroom. D) no replenishment of toileteries in the 3 nights we stayed. D) No rack in toilet for towels. E) Sofa Bed broken - was fixed temporarily during stay - it was poor quality. F) One Remote Controls both TVs in Bedroom and Lounge, plus many more things which were poor planning.

Excellent, clean and beautiful place to stay. Mena on Reception is lovely, friendly and helpful.

✓ A beautiful hotel, very clean and Mena on reception extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are first class and beautifully decorated. There were beautiful rooftop views across the bay to Vesuvius. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to use as a home base to explore Sorrento, Capri and Amalfi coast.

Great terrace pool area / view, but terrible customer service

✓ The roof top pool is definitely the selling point and although it doesn’t seem till open till 11am (late for a pool to open IMO) the view does make up for it somewhat. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and in terms of what you pay for it’s up to par.

✗ The staff were often rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there, they failed to tell us we’d be charged for towels whilst at the pool - never have I been charged for towels at a hotel before, they then try to sneak the charges on the bill at the end with the man on the desk trying to tell us it’s a beverage charge?? I then googled it to translate and suddenly he knows what the charge is for and kept smirking / laughing - so unprofessional. The customer service is just non existent- areas often unmanned also. Furthermore they frequently got orders wrong for drinks too. If you’re staying for a long duration definitely rethink, the pool is great but doesn’t make up for the service overall. Luckily we were only there a few days. I should food we had was also below average and the pool cafe very overpriced when you see the quality provided. (We ate at breakfast and in the pool cafe once)

✓ Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The stuff were so welcoming and kind ,everything we needed they helped us immediately. The hotel staff was always worrying if we had a way to come back at night. Also the hotel has a service of shuttle to the train station and back where you can arrive to Sorrento in 7 minutes. I want to mention and thank especially to Emmanuele who have drove us to the station and back every day he was very kind and patient. thank you for everything! And also thanks to all the hotel stuff members that made our vacation the best!❤️
