Basic but clean hotel in Thamel
✓ Location in Thamel Good breakfast
✗ The receptionist wasn’t very helpful at check in & during don’t have a great attitude. (All other staff were very professional & helpful). Staff reluctant to give out 2 key cards for the room. Takeaway breakfast was Very poor . Noise from outside traffic could be heard in the room.

Good hotel, close to Thamel shopping market and value for money.
✓ Buffet breakfast was very good. Buffett dinner was good too and value for money.
✗ There are a lot of Indian guests who are noisy even very late at night in corridors e.g. midnight, 2-3 am or 5-6 am and woke me up a few times. They seem inconsiderate to other guests.

Pleasant stay
✓ Room was spacious and clean, a good respite after trekking. Breakfast featured a range of food and was really tasty. The staff were patient and helpful; organised airport transfers efficiently. Location was also great. The hotel is situated in the heart of Thamel but along a quieter street.

✓ Well The Room was comfortable, clean. Food service was nice and food was also tasty enough...staffs were friendly and helpful. location was not the best but comfortable enough...free pickup from the airport which was nice.
✗ At first i specifically booked for a balcony room but i was provided with a room without a balcony...i had to request for a balcony room and The Floor is too slippery, even with the grippiest shoes one can slip and fall, so be carefull when you are walking. ( no running at all.... so be careful if you travel with kids) About the Price for the room i thought it would be very good ($100) but it wasnt that amazing...it did not meet my expectation, good enough but not that amazing looking at that price because in Pokhara you can get a better room in half the price..but kathmandu has a different story so i dont know. Also about the Tv service... very limited with the price that u are paying...Only Tv channels (No Netflix,youtube or any streaming services whatsover) and the tv channels would go haywire every few minutes with network error. They also mention the room is soundproof but even with all the doors and window closed...there is humming sound because of the ac's outdoor unit.

✓ Good location, good breakfast, nice view, nice outdoor area. Free water bottles in the room every day and good air con.
✗ Room service was served on a dirty tray. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Although they provide an airport drop off service, the van did not have seat belts... Plug sockets in the room don't always work (but not sure if this is a common issue in Nepal).
