Exceptional
✓ Beautifully set next to a Venetian Manor house, the rooms are modern and clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Wine tasting is available. Restaurants are a short walk from the hotel.

Wonderful unique stay!
✓ What a unique stay! Our massive room was in the tower, and while climbing up the stairs of what used to probably be a stable(?) seemed a little odd at first, we enjoyed our stay and the room is just as advertised, clean, and such a good value! The staff is amazing, the breakfast was better than expected, and you have to do a wine tasting.
✗ Be prepared for mosquitos in the summer! But they lent us big repellant so we could enjoy our wine on the outdoor tables

Historic locale; rooms in need of considerable modernization and upgrades.
✓ Breakfast was superb with a number of selections to choose from. The space from which breakfast is served is upstairs, very open and spacious. The location of the property is on one of the major roads in the town and is easily accessible. Stores and small restaurants are within walking distance.
✗ Be prepared for multiple narrow stairwells. The bathroom space appeared to be an afterthought, somewhat challenging to access safely with a poorly designed, small shower space. The kitchenette space is very dated and in need of upgrading.

✗ The airco in both our rooms in tower did not work Nevertheless it was a nice stay But I would have that fixed it would stop me from returning

✗ unfortunately the apartment are not so well designed and accessible, but this was not a problem for us. we do not like that inside one of the apartment we found several bees and this was absolutely disturbing.

Hello and thanks for your request, you can go to Venice by car or by train. The nearest train station is in Quarto d'Altino (7km from us); at the train station you can park for free and there's a train to Venice about every 30 minutes.
