✓ The staff were really kind and offered lots of advice about places to see. They organised a last minute tour for me on my last night to see all the sights I hadn't seen yet. The place has all the facilities promised. You get what you paid for in terms of facilities. I slept comfortably. A convenient location for the train station and 7Eleven.

Overall the stay was good,its a second time staying here and I would stay here again next time

✓ The Staff Ms Farhan accommodate to my special request for early check in. She put a remark so that when I check in, the other shift staff will take note of it. She has done an excellent job. TBS bus station is just a walking distance from the hotel.

My stay was okay it could have been better if the aircon is fixed

✓ The staff was friendly. The toilet was okay

✗ If I'm not mistaken, I was given room 505 on level 5. And the air conditioning was broken. At first, it was chilly, but as soon as I fell asleep, I started to perspire. I couldn't feel the air conditioning.

Hello, is it easy to walk from the bus station to your hotel? Some people have mentioned construction work making it impossible, but it doesn't look far on the map.

From the bus-station you walk to the LRT station. as you exit the walkway at the LRT station you will see KK Mart to your right. Take the stairs to the right of KK Mart and go up to Level 1. walk along the outer corridor to the pedestrian crossing.
