Excellent hotel in the centre of Palma

✓ Excellent hotel, went beyond our expectations, extremely clean and comfy rooms with satellite TV, the hotel pool is super relaxing, great beds, pool and poolside food and drinks services. Location is excellent, middle of palma city, close to beaches and old town.

✗ Pool restaurant is slightly overpriced.

Nice rooftop and pool for a city stay

✓ The rooftop is the reason to stay here. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Rooms are very lovely.

✗ The bed was hard and uncomfortable - and there was a lot of noise in the room above me which woke me up in the morning.

If you want great hotel location, fantastic views, restaurant and a 5* team, stay here!

✓ The hotel is approximately 15 mins from airport. Super location, very easy 10 min walk to cathedral and palace, Situated in historical area close to amazing restaurants and bars. Fantastic shopping. Hotel will arrange taxis which arrive immediately. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel team, they really are amazing. Recommend you book breakfast, relaxed and delicious start to your day. Book the hotel rooftop restaurant for the excellent menu and spectacular views. Our visit was just perfect and look forward to returning.

✗ if looking to sit by pool all day, might not be your best choice as limited number of loungers available.

A really chic, contemporary, comfortable and classy hotel, loved it!

✓ Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous stylish comfortable room, great facilities, very cool hotel. Beautiful setting for the outdoor infinity pool and terrace bar/restaurant on the top floor, with fabulous views overlooking the sea. Delicious food, great selection at breakfast. Hotel really well situated for easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants in the old town.

✗ pool was too cold for me, but I am a bit of a wimp about that sort of thing.

Is the swimming pool open in October what dies spa access mean

Our infinity pool on our Rooftop area is operational all year round. The access to the Rooftop pool is exclusively for Hotel Guests. . The circuit of SPA costs 40€ for three hours, our hotel guests the access is included and with no time limitation.
