Very nice villa, vlean rooms, pool, excellent breakfast

✓ Very nice villa next to Sala Baganza in walking distance to an excellent restaurant. Large property with parking, pool, garage etc. Nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, a perfect stay!

✗ We don’t like the typical Italian single bed sheet for a double-bed and the sturdy pillows, an alternative would be appreciated.

Would be really nice on a hot summer day but it rained while we were there.

✓ We stayed in the Angela suite. The main room was great. My sister-in-law stayed in the smaller room with narrow beds but she said it was fine. The wifi was a bit slow but adequate. Eggs in the morning were creamy and delicious.

✓ As I was making a stopover while moving into Italy, with a full car, I searched for a place with secure parking. It couldn't be safer. Breakfast was required, and it was adequate. Not a good sleeper, but the bed was really good. Also liked the clean comfy bathroom. It's a nice, charming place, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Certainly recommended for who is looking for a base to explore Parma, Modena (, Ferrara, Sassuolo, Reggio Emilia), and the Parma countryside. Recommended: best countryside castle to visit imo is nearby Castello di Felino. If you are rly into contemporary art, the Collezione Maramotti in Reggio Emilia is a unique experience (free of charge but with reservation only, includes a great guided tour and the temp exhibition).

✓ This is a very nice B&B. Andrea warmly welcome our arrival. The bedrooms are very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is very quiet. On-site parking is available, very convenient.

Comfortable stay!

✓ the room was huge! beds were super comfy, the shutters on the windows kept the light out which was great and meant it was super dark! very quiet location. the host was lovely, really friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed at breakfast time! booked us a taxi to Parma. checking in & out was really smooth and easy! lovely stay!

✗ didn’t like how remote it was. nothing is nearby really and you defo need a car to get around. luckily we had a family member pick us & drop us back.

✓ The Place is in the middle of nature, with a really nice swimming pool. The rooms are so clean and very cozy. And the staff were so friendly!! A place with such service, and such price is impossible to find, so it's HIGHLY recommended.
