Exceptional
✓ Our stay in this hotel was just about perfect, great shower, good bed, nice pool, and the crew is 5 stars. Also, breakfast was awesome.

✓ Friendly Staff and very comfortable room, quiet and great to sleep.
✗ The breakfast wasn't that good, all juices were not fresh, they were actually cordial and flavored powder, which is not healthy and does not match a breakfast standard for a 4 stars hotel. Apart from that, The sandwich press was very tiny, one sandwich at a time and over 100 guests eating at the same time, which is not intelligent and generated a massive inconvenience.

✓ The location is good overall, it's close from Beira Rio, where you have a lot restaurants, bar, good places to eat excellent food, and a really good place to enjoy the nature.
✗ They made few mistakes with my reservation and provided me another room, but I needed to pay more for it, it's unfair, but I wouldn't want stress myself with it, also they charge it incorrectly, at the end I needed to pay more taxes. Also the bed is not a good one comparing to a king size or queen size, they have two single beds and join to make one. They sells the hotel as a sophisticated place, but sorry, it shouldn't be a 4 star hotel.

✓ Breakfast is very good. Commom area is renovated and beautiful. Parking patio is very spacious.
✗ The carpet in the corridor floors and the fact of having only one tiny elevator.
