✓ Location, parking was good, price.
✗ Water pressure was too low in 3rd floor room. Missing soap in shower. Bed was too soft. Coffee maker was hard to figure out. Uneven floor surfaces.
✓ The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were amazing, the restaurant was delicious, the location was perfect.
✗ The Wi-Fi cut in and out in the room, but it was ok for basic needs.
✗ Water was dipping in my toilet, so it disturbed sleeping.
✓ We fell into the arms of a hospitable, warm, friendly location full of people who couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and relaxed. A great breakfast set us up for the day each morning and the evening meals were eagerly anticipated for their quality and flavours!
✗ I didn't like driving away from this hotel and its friendly staff!!
✓ The lady who works here is super helpful and very thorough. It is very close to the castle. Fine for a night or two stay.
✗ WiFi was not great. Rest of the staff were not very helpful. Wiring in room and hallways was hanging out or sparking. No aircon. Room was only cleaned once (day 2 I think) in 7 days. Flooring easily came loose and was a trip hazard. The rooms really need fixing!
