Exceptional

✓ Clean, queit, bus stop in front of the entrance, few bus stops to old town, friendly staff, good breakafast, shopping all around the place, food store in the back of the building.

Simply excellent

✓ The hotel is new, extremely well appointed and well maintained, the specification and quality of all services exceeded expectations. Staff also demonstrated great attention to detail in fulfilling the requests on my booking.

✗ The location isn't the most central, but of course you know that beforehand

Great, I'd love to come back again to use the fancy lounge that I didn't have time to use this time.

✓ The room is not huge, but enough for two people to open up their suitcases. Everything is clean, and there is enough light. If you open the window, the view is not bad, and there's a socket is right next to the bed.

✗ It would be nice if there's slippers for indoor. And also, there's no door between the shower and the toilet, which I would like to exist, to prevent all the water from splashing all over the floor without me being extra careful.

✓ Always happy to stay in Motel one. Comfortable bed/room and delicious breakfast. Clean, simple equipped but quality. I like the theme in every Motel one I stay in, that reflects the place where it is situated. Parking possibility in the hotel and optional outside for a cheaper fee. Great distance to a park. Opening windows! I appreciated it, no need for A/C.

Comfortable stay in Salzburg with best price possible

✓ The lobby is so beautiful and always nice vibes. People sitting and enjoying themselves. The staff are super kind. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom new and clean. There is a bus station tight in front.

✗ It was a little bit far from the center. The room has no water, coffee machine, or water boiler.

✓ Clean and friendly staff. Rooms are slightly small but good value for dollar. Great location - few bus stops away from town and there is a supermarket right beside, very convenient. Lobby / lounge design is really pretty - there are even swing chairs Breakfast spread was small but very good quality of food and pastry
