More than adequate for my requirements.

✓ Very comfortable & clean.

✗ Breakfast was shambolic. I went to the nearby Crowne Plaza, a little more expensive but worth the extra.

Generally good, but I had a bad checkout experience.

✓ Good location. Close to the convention center and several restaurants.

✗ Breakfast is disappointing. Checkout process was so upsetting. I was almost ready to get down to check out. Literally few minutes after the checkout time due to issues I faced with their iron area downstairs (Iron was not working and I needed like really long time to iron a shirt as finally we figured that the system was disconnected from the power source!!) However, two employees knocked on my door at 11:04 and they did not speak english so we I have been trying to explain to them I need 5 mins to get my bag and go. This continued for around 10 mins and finally I just closed the door and continued to get my stuff so I could leave as it was clear that we did not speak a common language. Just 2 minutes after I closed the door, the reception employee was at my door again telling me his colleagues were asking me to leave. I left in 5 mins at around 11:20. I felt the whole scene was just very rude and that they should have understood that I got stuck in their laundry room. The checkout process was exceptionally bad for me. Hope they generally treat customers better.

Great location and very good for its price!

✓ The place is located in the very heart of the Congress Centre area, which was excellent for me viewing that I had to attend a Congress there. There is plenty of restaurants around and a huge park just in front. I had a small apartment with equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds. Staff was great and the bed very comfortable.

✗ Bed linen was dirty and also the blanket. I slept there only for one night and I put towels to not having to sleep on the stained parts. However, if I had to stay longer, I would have asked to change the linens.

A perfect match to attend the congress

✓ Montempô is located within the complex of the Congress palace. So, it is a perfect match for those who are traveling to Lyon to attend a workshop/conference, etc. It is also relatively close to the city center, which can be reached by bus, bicycle/scooter (that can be rented) or by walking (~ 30 min) through the beautiful park. The rooms are in fact studio apartments: one or more beds, kitchenette, bathroom/toilette. Comfortable (depending on the size) to host a couple or small groups/family. Surely cheaper than the closest hotel.

✓ It is very close to the conference center and to line C5 that goes directly to the city center. Comfortable beds

✗ The breakfast was very simple and all 5 days the same.

Worth the money paid and very good rooms, comfortable and just across a beautiful park.

✓ The rooms were really nice and big.

✗ The breakfast is not so good but there is a kitchen and refrigerator in the rooms and shops are available nearby.
