Hotel Hanat

Good stay.

✓ Location restaurant and the fact there was a parking available. Staff was good.

✗ First they put me in a room full of mould, there were flies in the room. That is room 105 but later the receptionist send me to another room because I complained that there is a lot of mould and the smell was disgusting. So they send me on the top floor and the room there was ten times better than 105.

Love the hot mineral water and will visit again for that reason alone!

✓ The best feature of this hotel is the free access to the hot spring mineral water pool. The water comes straight of the thermal spring. The pool gets a little crowded during the weekends. The hotel personnel and the waiters from the adjacent restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

✗ My room was with a balcony on the side of the building, close to the main road and it was very noisy from the never ending traffic. The furnishing is a little outdated but OK for the price.

Very poor wifi, and a/c. Customer service was mediocre.

✗ The sauna was closed at the hotel I went to for the sauna. Although I wanted to use it by paying the money, I could not use it. Couldn't sleep because of the pool pump noise in the room. I moved to another room. The new room was not warming enough. There was hair in the bathroom. Complete disappointment. It's the first time I had to give a bad review to a hotel.

Unpleasant stay at the hotel

✗ It was extremely dirty, mouldy bathroom, weird dirty stains on the floor, on the walls, on the chairs, the room smelled disgusting, the furniture was old and dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower gel that was left for me to use was half empty. The staff didn't welcomed me with information about the breakfast, about how to get to the beach, when is the check out, how to get to the swimming pool and what are the conditions to use it, I had to ask all the information and It would have been nice if they introduced the facilities of the hotel when welcoming new guests. My key card didn't function constantly, so I had to go multiple times to the reception to ask for it to be fixed, even in the middle of the night. At the end of my stay I found out that the payment doesn't come out from the account given automatically two days prior arrival as written on the booking website and I had to pay on the spot.

✓ Room was huge, nice big balcony, clean, good bed. Breakfast was also good.

✗ Staff could be a bit warmer. The location is 10 minutes from the beach. I didn't mind, I don't mind walking :)

Ok but hotel in need of major interior update.

✓ Location and price were ok and staff was friendly.

✗ There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well as the room itself. The decor and furnishings are in major need of upgrade. Outdated furniture, carpet with nauseating odor, overall feeling was like entering a past era or a bygone century but not in a good way. I would strongly recommend the hotel interior to be renovated for a more up-to-date state.
