✓ The design of the hotel, the facilities, the room, the view, the food, the service and of course, the cleanliness. The friendly international staff who were always smiling and ready to provide assistance if you needed it. Everything was amazing!

In regards to the outdoor pools, please be informed that they are open all year around (weather permitted), although our outdoor pools are not heated. The only pool that is heated is our indoor swimming pool is heated all year at a standard 28C.
