we were 3 friends on a Cornish trip ,our stay was fabulous , near to everything would highly recommend
✓ the property was excellent, had all mod cons & the views were wonderful over the river. the tiered terrace area was great
✗ the stairs are steep leading down to the cottage but this is to be expected, so not suitable for those with mobility issues
