✓ Location was about all I liked.
✗ For starters I could not contact host so was forced to contact Booking.com to get them to make contact while I waited on the street close by for exact location as I could not find where it was, when I was met the girl had absolutely no English so just showed me to apartment and left. Very low standard that, badly needs a serious upgrade. Personally I'd spend the extra money and stay elsewhere, it was last minute so I had very little choice.
✓ It was in an amazing location, right around the corner from las americanas beach and strip and only a 20 min walk away from los cristianos.
✗ The apartment was lovely but there were many cockroaches crawling around, we couldn’t leave the kitchen/living room light off because there would be so many cockroaches.

✓ location , size of the apartment & value for money. host is easily reachable and easy going. apartment has clean sheets and ok bed plus amenities.
✗ it was a clean apartment except for the couch, it is quite dirty. they covered it with sheets tho. neighbours are very noisy including noise from nearby bars but noise is a common issue all over Americas so nothing can be done. we found two alarm cameras in the flat . we informed the host and removed them and their batteries! they are security cameras mainly to detect movement or entry but well was a first time for us so we didnt take the chance.
