✓ Perfect location, only a couple of minutes from the beach. Small room but sufficient for one person. Very kind and helpful host. Complementary lemon-mint water at arrival was perfect, considering the extremely hot day! :)

✗ Little bathroom, you need to be careful with toiletries/towels to avoid getting them wet as shower is just above the wc.

✓ The location of the hotel is great, within a few minutes you are at the beach. The breakfast is very generous and had many different things. Something for every taste. The maids were VERY friendly and accommodating - they speak English and communication here was flawless. The rooms are simple but for the price it is perfectly fine.

✗ Unfortunately, the only person who speaks English is a young lady who works in the hotel only from 08-15Uhr at the reception. The older lady who made the check-in with us and was also responsive to complaints, speaks only Italian which is basically no problem, but she is also very unfriendly! So it is not exactly recommended to book this hotel if you don’t speak Italian. One is treated by said lady (which we assume that she owns the hotel) otherwise condescending. She was not at all professional. To give an example here: At breakfast, we (3 people) were seated at a table for 2 although there were enough others free. In addition, we sat so right next to a family - much too close if we consider the current Covid-19 situation. When we complained and wanted to sit at another table the drama was very big. When we then asked the English-speaking lady whether a reservation for breakfast would be necessary, she told us only that you are normally always at the same table (which was never so with us, we were always placed differently) and she can not explain what a mess the older lady has made. Another minus is that the door sign with the number of my daughter's room fell on her head. When she went to the maid, she said that this had happened twice before. Something like that should really be repaired and is very dangerous. Despite the some negative points listed, the stay at the hotel was quite good. If you want to travel cheaply and don’t get annoyed by unfriendliness easy, you will be satisfied here.
