Fantastic jewel boutique hotel.
✓ I stayed in 9 hotels, over 14 days, crossing Sicilia from the east to the west coast, and this by far was the best property. First of all the staff at the front desk are beyond Superior. They are genuinely friendly and welcoming, gracious and considerate. all of them speak English as well as a few other languages. They are proactive in helping with possible locations and itineraries for the city. The breakfast is personalized and top-notch. Alicia at the front desk is spectacular with her customer service and help

Wonderful stay at Palazzo Natoli!!!
✓ Wonderful stay at Palazzo Natoli. The location is central and the facilities are impeccably clean and charming. Most admirable are the staff - friendly, professional and very helpful. They were excellent with arranging private transfers, making reservations and recommendations for my stay in Palermo. The breakfast was generous and delicious. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family!
✗ Nothing I did not like but would warn those who have trouble with stairs as the building is historic and does not have elevators.

Best staff ever in a perfect location
✓ Every staff member was very helpful, informative and delightful. Davide, Andreas and Marta all took their time to explain the activities in the area and recommend restaurants, etc. Marta was particularly helpful booking ferry tickets for us during her busy breakfast time.

✓ Your man at the front desk, Andrea, was very kind and empathetic. I had a bad experience with an AirB&B and he went out of his way. He even marked the map with good places to visit before the room was ready.

Since the palace was built in 1765 and it is protected/under the superintendence of cultural heritage, there is no lift. We have a porter however for the luggage - 8 rooms are located on the 1st Floor, the Superior Apt. is located on the mezzanine.

The central station is 14 min by walk - there are also several bus stations (it really depends where you need to go) - the hotel is located in the heart of the historical city centre, all the main monuments are walking distance.

All our rooms come with a double bed, no twin bed at all. Some of the rooms come with a sofa bed which can be turned into a second double bed. Regards
