When I arrive it took 20 mins b4 someone checked me in, the hotel is filthy. I did not stay there.
✓ Nothing at all, the hotel needs to be renovated under new management or shut down
✗ Upgrade that hotel and your employees to dress code. The appearance of the inside is horrible and pictures are deceiving when someone is booking online. You don't get what you see

✗ No hot water and kind of sketchy but what can you expect for the price.

We will never stay at ANY Motel 6 again as a result of our experience at the Rochester NY Motel 6 .
✓ At least we enough toilet paper to scrunch up and squash the cockroaches on the wall and the floor . We washed EVERY article of clothing when we got home and cleaned our bags to make sure than we didn't bring back one roach .
✗ The motel was a basically a hangout for pot smokers in the lobby and people who were not guests .The place stunk like pot as well and we were hassled for cigarettes when we went out the front door .

Very disappointed, wouldn't stay again
✗ 1 of the bedside lights didn't work. The main room light had no bulb fitting. Carpets were coming away form the walls. Walls were extremely thin, The TV from the adjacent room was so loud I didn't need a TV - from 4am!!

Somewhat stressful, scary neighborhood. Dirty property motel. Had no idea before.
✓ Bed was ok and comfortable enough, bathroom was ok and clean, but no shampoo was offered. Close to the airport.
✗ WiFi did not work properly, had to use my phone hotspot. Killed four roaches, 2 on the floor, one in the sink area and one on to- of the other bed Loud people (employees) talking outside my window in the afternoon. Ok at night.
