✗ on breakfast at loadshedding we was waiting our tea like forever. Heaters at this time doesn’t work. Staff forgot that we needed twin beds and we was waiting till they will share them

I would rate this hotel as a ten if it wasn't for the Restaurants food and some kitchen staff

✓ The Room and everything else accept for the breakfast and coffee was not good. Rather eat somewhere else, restaurant is lacking
