✓ Massage chair Every facility have a piece Lunary , dryer, hot spring , towel... The old grandma say cash only less than 5000 yen when I check in . I ask what If I stay two night? She denied. And the second day I ask if I can leave the luggage here . She said : heeeey?would you say one more night here? Otherwise .No!
✗ WIFi limit speeeeeeeed and bad signal.30min block. Seems they are not welcome Chinese people here.

Basic and clean guesthouse in downtown Otaru
✓ Clean albeit basic facilities at this budget guesthouse; does what it says on the label. The reception lady uses Google Translate to help check in guests who can't speak Japanese. Note no cooking facilities, just microwave and hot water.
✗ Eating area could do with a bit more by way of eating utensils. Note location is outside the central tourist area - requires more walking from the station - might be an issue for folks with lots of luggage.

✓ The hostel is on the 2nd floor of the building, the first floor is taken by a Sento (Japanese bath house). As a guest you can use the Sento at a discounted price.

✓ Friendly, kind staff! 20-30mins walk away from city central. You can use the public bath(sentō) attached to the hostel once by 11pm.
✗ It would be nice if there was a window in the dormitory room.
