Very uncomfortable.

✓ The man on reception was as helpful as he could be in the circumstances.

✗ We still have an outstanding query with you that hasn’t been answered. We booked three rooms and only 2 rooms were available and two of us had to sleep on the floor and a chair.

The reception was amazing and staff was helpful and kind. It was very centrally located .

✓ All the facilities , especially the bathroom was exquisite and very clean and comfortable

✗ I didnt like that there were no garbage bins in the room and I had to take down my own garbage. Also the garbage area was quite dark

Unfortunately we won’t recommend this property or stay there again.

✗ Aircon wasn’t working. Towels we old. Only had one wine glass. Smell in the hallway. Basin in the bathroom was dirty.

Fabulous

✓ Clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom and very well equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, stove, microwave, dishwasher). The hotel even has a washing machine and dryer to use for a small price. Very close to the metro station La Timone and supermarkets. Not a pretty area but safe even at night and well connected to public transport.

It was a nice place for a last minute stay.
