✓ the view is out of this world. The staff was super nice

✗ busses to konigsee or main train station were sometimes hours apart, so prepare yourself to walk , also a kettle or a mini fridge would've been a nice addition to the room

everything is good, except the location

✓ The environment outside the hotel is beautiful. the room is clean and the design/decoration is classic.

✗ the location is not convenient, neither close to train station nor the lake. It takes 30-40 mins walk. The bus is not frequent. Hardly find any restaurants / shops nearby.

Exceptional

✓ Staff were very accommodating and kind! The room was comfortable space-wise and located right next to a bus stop. We enjoyed the proximity to daily activities and the many delicious restaurants in walking distance! Would definitely stay again :) thank you so much for your hospitality!

✓ Everything is great except the bed.

✗ The mattresses are quite soft, which is not suitable for me and hard to sleep, but everything else is great.

✗ Breakfast was very early, it cold be much more better with more different food, milk was cold not hot.

It was a great choice and for our purposes.

It was good for a one night stay.

✓ The place is not far from the bus stop, although the frequency of buses to Königsee on this route is not that great. The view of the mountains from my room & the view from the breakfast place was the highlight of my stay. Serene and calm with the sound of the nearby stream was peaceful. Lots of options for non vegetarians in the traditional Bavarian breakfast, but for vegetarians only Müsli & bread-marmalade varieties.

✗ The towels in the hotel didn't smell good. Shower cabin was too small.
