Probably would not stay here again
✓ The staff tried their best to be helpful but it wasn't enough unfortunately.
✗ Breakfast was not good at all, around 50% of the items that they advertised for their breakfast they didn't even have to hand (apparently no one ever drinks tea so they didn't have tea available, or any other juice apart from orange juice) and we had to wait the next day to get the full breakfast as advertised. It was quite a walk away from the beach and the night market which if you add to the extremely hot weather we had when we visited, might be a turn off. We were told the elevator wasn't working when we got there also so that turned in to an added bit of exercise until we found to our surprise that the elevator did work but only when one of the managers used their key to operate it! The room description said it had a balcony with a sea view - our view was of the wall of the neighbouring building.

✓ The Hotel was not so far from Ao Nang beach. You can walk to the beach about 15 minutes. The room is so clean and the price was reasonable. If you are looking for the hotel is worth as money you pay here is your answer.

Helpful reception and the place is also a known airport shuttle stop
✓ Folks at the reception were helpful and polite. Seamless check-in / check-out. Airport Shuttle folks know exactly where the hotel is so you'll be dropped at the door. The balcony and the pool table are a plus. Comfortable beds and a proficient cleaning crew.
✗ AC wasn't working well enough for the size of the room. Lift doesn't work.

✓ Nice and clean and not smelling room. The bathroom is big and clean. Hot water all the time and ok water pressure. Decent walking distance to center but motorbike is recommended to move around. They have good monthly rates.
✗ You can hear the traffic. (Luckily the street is not very busy)
