✓ Overall a hotel with a very good quality. The fitness club was spacious and the devices were all new and clean. The bed was comfortable.

✗ The bathroom in my room had algae and the odour wasnt good. I think its something that should be taken care of.

✗ It was too expensive for what we got. There was no water. Even no water in the main fringe at reception to buy. Also, they did not give us more shower gel after it was finished. And finally, my room was on the first floor and it was so loud I could here people walking all the time above my room and also people walking in the corridor were too loud.

Hotel is not worth the price compared to others in the same price bracket.

✓ Hotel has use of an excellent gym which is right next door. Breakfast was nice and very much self service. Staff are quite friendly. Drinks Market right across the road from the hotel. Mini bar wasn't working but got replaced very quickly by the manager.

✗ Booked for two weeks, and got asked to show my receipt of payment for the first couple of nights until I complained, at one point the owner asked their manager to block me out of the room until I provided a receipt (lucky he never did), so a lack of coordination somewhere. Rooms have no air conditioning so during the summer they are painfully hot. Fans are provided if you ask but are not of any use in the very hot months. My room was cleaned twice in two weeks. Very bad finishes in the hotel where they have good design, but this has been let down with very poor installation of materials, which really was noticeable all over the hotel. A cheap and poorly installed plastic shower tray moved under my feet and left a large pool of water on the bathroom floor each time I had a shower. Parking is shared with users of the Fitness centre/Gym. Reception is unattended from around 19:00, but there is a number to call if you need anything. I only called this a couple of times and once no one answered at all so on balance, 50/50% chance they will answer in the evenings.
