✓ It is the second time I stay here, and once more it was very good value for money Rooms are a bit old but have all the comforts Breakfast is very nice and varied

✓ I gave to staff direct real time feedback, in vain.
✗ Harassment and that everybody is a small boss + discrimination against Single women and dark skin short people. From the fact that I wasn t offered as I wanted a room with a view towards city centre I wasted precious time moving around instead of minding my own business. Missed meetings that I ve planed, the reason I prolonged my stay. They couldn’t understand at the end the fact that I was late checking out bcoz my car broke down in the middle of the road… etc.?so ur staff cannot apply rules and make small exceptions when smthng goes wrong for a client /vizitator.

✓ Room was clean and the hotel is located in the heart of the town.
✗ Beds were a bit old and dated so not very comfortable.

Good vegan breakfast
✓ I asked in advance for a vegan breakfast and they provided it for me and it was really nice (vegan pate, jam, apple, vegetables, vegetable spread zacusca, bread, tea).
✗ There is no electricity socket close to the bed so I needed to charge my phone in the bathroom.

✗ Noisy room from outside, you could hear everything outside and the nearby hotel was partying until 4am

✓ Nice,.clean room with everything it needs. Small balcony and I had the view of the orthodox church.
✗ Was in the reception area and there is no toilet. Actually there is one, it's just closed.
