Very convenient for an area where there is a lack of hotel accommodation. Very easy to find.

✓ For my needs, the location was excellent!

✗ It was a little bit 'soulless'. The bar and restaurant were a 5/6 minute drive away from the accommodation.

Staff treat you like family; the best hotel experience I’ve had abroad!

✓ Everything! All staff members - reception, housekeeping, restaurant and chauffeur were so lovely. Even after my reservation was over, reception staff offered me a few extra hours in my room until I left the resort as I was waiting for friends coming from faro airport to land, pick up our car and pick me up. They also offered me access to the pool, all free of charge as it was a hot day and wanted to make me as comfortable as possible! My friend organised a early birthday surprise with reception staff in our apartment which was absolutely beautiful. The staff members at the restaurant hold a special place in my heart. Me and my friend were definitely some of the younger residents at the resort and they never failed to put a smile on our faces. Genuinely cannot wait to come back to this resort and hopefully see these individuals again. All in all Pestana Gramacho Residences was the perfect spot to kick off my 20th birthday trip in Portugal. I have never felt so content with an established; my review says it all. 1000% book a stay here; I genuinely believe you’ll have the best time. Thank you for the amazing memories PGR! :)

Poor quality for the price

✓ Nice design, nice green spaces

✗ Not so clean, ants in the room.. Staff woke me up to clean the room, before check out time. No Breakfast included.

✗ no breakfast onsite, quite a distance from shops and restaurants needing to drive every time

Great stay at Gramacho!

✓ I was lucky as I booked a suite for myself and it was great! The rooms saved for golfers are very small but adequate!

✗ These are self catering apartments so no food and drink at the residences so you have to get a shuttle too and from the clubhouse, can be a long wait as there are a lot of people using it!
