✓ Good location in terms of the area and airport (taxi to and from hotel €12-€15), nice room, fair size of the pool and plaj area - enough for sunbathing and cooling off. Food, pizza in the afternoon and drinks also ok = what is expected from Turkey and what you pay for. Was great to hear we could use all the facilities and eat-drink even after check-out (flight very late in the evening).
✗ Wifi costs extra, but it is cheap. Hallways humid, not enough air and a bit smelly. Sad that the hotel hair/nail salon was closed as there was a holiday, spa center was open though (feel like both should be open at least in hotels even if it is a holiday).

✗ Management and staff are poor quality. Nowhere near a 5 star hotel rating. Best of all? The breakfast/dinner package DOES NOT include even WATER with dinner! They'll serve you a decent meal and CHARGE for water, tea or coffee. This is NOT LISTED anywhere on any site they advertise on! When confronted the management and staff raise voices and yell. 5 star hotel my a**.

✓ Whtther the food is Vegetarian is not displayed on food counters. You have to ask the hotel team whether it's vegetarian or not for each and every item

✓ in front of the sea but the beach was closed
✗ no wifi in room and very weak wifi in lobby the beach was close with no reason you have to pay extra charge for every service thier reception tough and dont solve any problem it was really very bad experince for me in this hotel and i dont recoomend this hotel location far from city centre and taxi charge alot for each trip actually money waste for no value

Dear si/ madam we don't have UK sockc in room. there is a air condition. there isin't an iron service in the room. we have laundry service and it's extra. for 5 days wife euro. best regards
