Its not a real five star hotel
✓ Food and view and watersport was good
✗ They didnt provide the room on time We booked 3 rooms and one of them was a family room but instead they gave us 2 separate rooms and my kids had to sleep separately The reception guy was not so friendly and all rooms had no electricity when we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes to technical guy and fix the electricity They called us again and asked us to go downstairs urgently, when we wnt they said there is a mistake on payment and we should pay extra and I told him that he could wait or come to our room and not to summon us like that he gave me some excuses...
