Luxurious.
✓ It was so clean and well decorated. Thought had gone into phone charger and outlet placement

I will not rent a room again, nor will I recommend staying there to anyone.
✗ Air vents filthy, peeling wall paper, not mattress pad covers (just a tucked in sheet???), below subpar pillows (2 small pillows and one medium pillow per bed), and no hot water. (you could rub the sink, shower, and bath tub full blast on hot and maybe get hot water 8-10min later. not eco friendly at all).

✓ Room size and bathroom size. employees at front desk were extremely helpful and very nice.
✗ hot water was scalding and at times, uncontrollable. carpet was stained. Security knocked at door at about 3 in the morning to check air conditioning. Never complained about air conditioning

We had a good time, disappointed in condition of the room for what we paid.
✓ Location was good-nothing close for breakfast.
✗ The room smelled like smoke, the carpet had spots and was worn, the loveseat was very dirty. The lamps were dusty . The bed was clean and comfortable.
