✓ After booking the room, we received a message that we would be waiting for us at the partner hotel Atlas Grand Hotel. This is an old and very atmospheric hotel on a cozy street with a bakery, cafes and restaurants, and also with minimal proximity to public transport. We had a small room in an old style with a modern bathroom.
✗ I booked a room with a balcony, and in addition, I indicated in my wishes that I would like to have a view of the mountains from the balcony. Unfortunately, we got a room without a balcony with a window facing the street. It was a surprise that there was an old church opposite, where a clock chimed every 15 minutes, even at night. And at 6 am, it chimed longer than usual, as if it wanted to wake up the whole city. I can't say that it caused us much discomfort, but for those who want to have peace and quiet, keep this in mind. Also, when booking, we indicated the estimated time of arrival. We arrived at about 9 am, but could not check in earlier than that. However, we were able to leave our luggage for storage and use the restroom. Since we didn't want to waste time waiting for check-in, we went to enjoy the area and returned around 8 pm, when we were checked in. There was only 1 set of cosmetics in our bathroom, but it was really not enough for two people, so we had to ask the reception for an additional set.
✓ I was booked into Hotel Atlas Sport but they transferred me to Atlas Grand Hotel which is a wonderful place to stay
✗ Nothing
✓ We booked the Atlas Sport hotel but it was closed so they transferred us to Atlas Grand Hotel located in the centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Super nice staff, comfortable beds, attentive to our needs as we arrived late after getting a lot of rain and still got us late night dinner!
✓ * Had a booking at Atlas Sport (sisterhotell), but it hadn't opened yet for the season (!!?). So I got upgraded to this classic hotel. Def value for money! * Location. * The classic atmosphere .
✗ Breakfast €18.00 way to expensive! I got a basic, descent breakfast for half the price, across the street, at the local bakery/café.
✓ actually we were shifted to Atlas Grand hotel due to their internal reasons and grand hotel has really good ambience and staff was really courteous.overall it was a pleasant stay
✗ as such nothing
✓ got moved from atlas sport to the grand hotel as the atlas had been used for Ukrainian refugees would have been nice to been told before hand but can’t fault the grand hotel
✓ got an upgrade to the Grand Hotel, so the review is done for Grand Hotel
✓ We didn’t like our room on the first night, too far and so many steps for my friend who is over 84. The next morning we talked to a very friendly female front desk and she organised a new upgrading room in the main building.
✗ We tried to have dinner in your restaurant one evening. My meal was so poorly done, we have raised this with the restaurant manager and the girl at the front desk. Need improving!
