Breakfast was ok, but basic.

The beds are uncomfortable and the front desk staff was not friendly.

Great breakfast and excellent location/facilities/rooms. Near the beach and has an excellent pool as well. The check-in and check-out were easy and the wifi was usually just fine.

The music in the common area (pool/restaurant) was often unbearably loud to the point where we could hear it in the room even with all doors/windows closed. We called and asked them to turn it down and they either did not at all or turned it down for five seconds and then turned it right back up. I don't understand the need for the music to be this loud! Mercifully the loud music stops at 9 every night. Music = good. Music so loud you cannot have a conversation = bad. Nobody wants this.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The property is close to the beach, and access to it is fine and easy. Breakfast was fair and there are nice swimming pools at the hotel.

Small updates to the room would make a considerable difference in the hotel's quality perception.

Garden is very nice amd breakfast buffet was very good.

The room had a balcony facing the opposite wall, our bedsheet was too small and you could see the matress, it smelled very bad in the room.

Was lucky to have a sea view room. That was the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was crowded but very good - the omelette chef was a machine. Nice pools & seating area if that’s what you come to the beach for.

You have to pay for a beach towel - not a deposit actually pay to use one. Terrible WiFi unless you sit by the pool but you have to compete with the loud repetitive music that is pumped out of the speakers all day till late. The room cleaning was average - did not remove/clean used glasses & replenishing fresh towels seemed to be an issue. Wrong remote for the aircon so it was permanently on. Only one key per room which was tricky. Overall I would not stay again especially at the room rate. Chose to stay on the actual beachfront my second time in PN.
