Good place stay...
✓ The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and had a good sleep. The continental breakfast was satisfying with ample choices. The overall price/accommodation was satisfactory for a good place to stay. The room was accommodating but not to be considered as a Honeymoon level. Thumbs up.
✗ A complimentary naked female massage therapist was not assigned to my room.

✗ There was no water from the tub/shower! The surfaces in the room & the cover for the bed was dirty. The A/C was musty smelling. No help from the front desk when I needed a receipt in the morning.

✗ The customer service was atrocious. We had to make our own beds. Never got any room service at all. Was over charged for the room to begin with. It over all was a horrible stay and i will never do business with a Windham company again. Nor will any of my friends

Dirty, rude manager, smelled.
✓ Rude manager. Dirty hotel, yellow sheets not white - they wake you up even thou the do not disturb sign is on door if you don’t answer they call you for a “do you have a luggage rack”. Poor PR skills from manger the front desk and cleaning crew where nice

It was terrible and we didn’t even end up staying. We paid for another room at a different hotel.

✗ Booking.com advertised an indoor pool which was not even on the property. Also, there was supposed to be a hot tub to which the door to was painted shut. Also, our room was not clean whatsoever.
