Great apartment, great service and great position

Disappointing
✓ Good location. Affordable price. Safe.
✗ A male staff at the bar was rude. Asked several times just to have a new towel. And it had stain on it. Only had 2 towel in my 7 days there. The bathroom does not look nice and smell weird. Some lights were usable at first but then stopped working.

A bit of a nightmare
✓ The pool and bar area was nice
✗ The lack of security, as we were broken into and robbed during our stay. Our balcony doors were just pushed in and no cameras around the area to see the incident. The owner was not hugely accommodating we asked to move room for comfort and she offered us another apartment which was also broken into. She also informed if we had a bought a safe this wouldn’t have happened to us.

The only good thing was the location..
✓ The location was great.. nice beach just 3 minutes from the hotel.. the room had air condition.
✗ We didn't have any soap not even to wash our hands.. the walls were with mold.. it was three of us staying there and we only had 2 pillows.. too expensive for what it offered..

Great value for money
✓ Room facilities staff excellent and very helpful always pleasant and helpful had room at top very peaceful quiet and gr8 views of sunrise every day will be returning as soon as possible and have advised some friend who have booked to stay in Sept after seeing place next door is bakery and supermarket across road ifeal
