Beverly Hills Heights - Excel Hotels & Resorts

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at BHH.

✓ The restaurant, Mirage, was excellent, plenty of choice, drink prices reasonable. Pool area at BHH was good and the lifeguards were very attentative. Plenty of sunbeds for our stay.

✗ Hotel was excellent, just a couple of minor problems in some places the bathrooms were looking a bit tired, for example shower sliding doors, bath sliding doors, shower heads were clogged and grouting needed replaced or bleached. Wardrobe Sliding doors did not slide easily and needed to be tugged. Other than these issues, the rest of the complex was really good.

✓ Lovely apartments, great pool, good location and fantastic staff that was super helpful and super friendly. Special shout out to the wonderful lifeguard Victor, who made the experience by the pool extra fun with his friendliness and sass.

Fabulous stay here, as always!

✓ I love the vibe on this resort, the staff and other guests are friendly, but the resort itself is relaxed and quiet. For more action, it is a minute's walk to the resort next door for all the entertainment. The resort is at the top of the hill and, after all that food, it is good to have the chance to walk off dinner!

✓ The room is very spacious, the pool is beautiful, and the staff is always smiling.

✗ The room cleaning should be more thorough, and the breakfast lacks healthy options. There's a lot of “English breakfast” and packaged products.

✓ The pool area was great, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. Very friendly staff and pool area as well as other communal areas were cleaned every morning. The apartment had plenty of room and the a/c worked really well required. Check out at 12pm is perfect.

✗ We weren't allowed to use room towels around the pool and had to pay 5EUR per beach towel. Check in at 4pm felt a little late compared to previous hotel experiences but they did have a locker to store our bags in the meantime.
